Nothing. Bill Organizer has no accounts, no analytics, no ads, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs. The app makes no network requests. We never see your data — we couldn't even if we wanted to.
Bill Organizer does not link to your bank, does not ask for financial credentials, and does not read your transactions. You enter bills yourself. The app's job is dates and reminders, not your bank account.
Everything you enter — bill names, amounts, due dates, repeat schedules, your pay schedule, notes, and payment history — is stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device database. Nothing is uploaded anywhere. When you move to a new iPhone, your data travels with your regular device backup.
Bill reminders are local notifications, scheduled entirely on your device by iOS. No server is involved in reminding you — which is also why reminders work with no internet connection at all.
When you export your bills to a CSV file, you decide where that file goes. The app writes the file and hands it to you; we have no copy. Importing a CSV reads the file you choose and stores its contents on your device, same as bills you enter by hand.
Your data is deleted with it. If you want to keep a copy, export a CSV first — that file is yours forever.
Bill Organizer does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
If a future version of Bill Organizer ever changes how data is handled, this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the app will ask for your explicit consent before any network feature is enabled.
